Hi, we’re Jennifer and Michelle—a pair of nurses who met (and survived) school together and served on the frontlines during COVID across New Orleans, the Northshore, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Today, we work as remote triage nurses, still grounded in the same compassion and vision for what healthcare should be.We’ve cared for patients in their most vulnerable moments—and seen the gaps that happen once formal care ends.Healthcare can be overwhelming, especially after leaving the hospital. Patients and families are often left without clear answers, support, or guidance when they need it most. Our passion is advocating for patients beyond traditional settings. We believe everyone deserves clarity, support, and a nurse who helps them confidently navigate their care.

Healthcare is deeply personal to me—both professionally and personally. As a registered nurse and someone living with Crohn’s disease, I understand what it’s like to manage symptoms, wait on results, adjust medications, and still be left with unanswered questions. My nursing experience includes:- Emergency Department- before, during, & after Covid-19- Hospice Case Management & end-of-life care & support- Remote triage nursing- guiding & coordinating care to patients nationwide from life threatening symptoms, deciding whether to go to ED or how to manage symptoms at home- Bone Marrow Transplant patients, before, during, and after transplant- administration of chemotherapy & immunotherapy, balancing fluids & electrolytes, symptom management in critical blood & bone cancer patients- Experience in both large & small hospital systems and in home care in rural communitiesI’ve seen how overwhelming healthcare can feel—especially after leaving the hospital. I help bridge that gap by turning complex medical information into clear, practical understanding. How I support you:- Explain diagnoses, labs, and treatment plans simply- Help you understand medications and side effects- Guide you through disease progression and flare-ups- Identify safety concerns, especially for aging adults- Support families with care planning and coordinationAs a wife, mother of four, and someone living in a rural area, I understand the real-life challenges of lack of available healthcare resources. I bring compassion, clarity, and strong advocacy—so you can feel confident and supported in your care decisions.
