Hi, we’re Jennifer and Michelle—a pair of nurses who met (and survived) school together and served on the frontlines during COVID across New Orleans, the Northshore, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Today, we work as remote triage nurses, still grounded in the same compassion and vision for what healthcare should be.We’ve cared for patients in their most vulnerable moments—and seen the gaps that happen once formal care ends.Healthcare can be overwhelming, especially after leaving the hospital. Patients and families are often left without clear answers, support, or guidance when they need it most.Our passion is advocating for patients beyond traditional settings. We believe everyone deserves clarity, support, and a nurse who helps them confidently navigate their care.

My name is Michelle Aultman, and I am a Registered Nurse at Care Pair. With a background in ICU and critical care, I’ve spent much of my career caring for patients in high-acuity settings. Care Pair RN is operated by Registered Nurses licensed in Mississippi with multistate compact privileges and multiple additional non-compact states licensure. Services are provided only where licensure is active.
Our role is to educate, advocate, and guide- not to diagnose, suggest diagnosis or replace your medical provider. For urgent emergency needs, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Care Pair RN operates as a private-pay nursing service. While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide documentation you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan and there is no guarantee of reimbursement.
